To all students of the Applied Science, Bachelor’s, Professional, and Postgraduate Programs at Gadjah Mada University, please be informed that re-registration and payment of the Tuition Fee (UKT) for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year are regulated as follows:
Student Registration
- Students from the class of 2025 and previous classes who will continue their studies in the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, as well as students who have not yet graduated by January 31, 2026, are required to re-register by paying their tuition fees.
- Payments can be made from January 2-31, 2026 through banks that have partnered with UGM, namely Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) DIY, and CIMB Niaga.

We want to announce to undergraduate and graduate Anthropology students who will be submitting their final thesis/exam, and considering the year-end holidays and lectures, there is some information that needs to be noted:

Bachelor of Cultural Anthropology Program:
- Students who plan to participate in the February graduation and submit their exams in December are expected to register no later than December 15, 2025 so that a schedule with examiners can be arranged.
