We want to announce to undergraduate and graduate Anthropology students who will be submitting their final thesis/exam, and considering the year-end holidays and lectures, there is some information that needs to be noted:
Thesis Submission Deadline
Bachelor of Cultural Anthropology Program:
- Students who plan to participate in the February graduation and submit their exams in December are expected to register no later than December 15, 2025 so that a schedule with examiners can be arranged. Registrations after that date will be scheduled for the following period/month.
- Students who have taken their exams and passed the graduation ceremony in December 2025 and January 2026 are not required to pay the tuition fee for the next semester. Therefore, please ensure you are registered as a graduation ceremony participant by submitting your graduation documents before January 15, 2026.

Master’s Program in Anthropology:
- Students who plan to attend the January graduation and apply for the December exam are expected to register no later than December 5, 2025 so that a schedule with the examiner can be arranged. Registrations after that date will be scheduled for the following period/month.
- Meanwhile, students who are not pursuing the January graduation and will apply for the exam in December can apply for a hearing until the end of December 2025 at the latest.
- Students who have taken the exam and passed the graduation in January 2026 are not required to pay UKT for the following semester. Therefore, please ensure that you are registered as a graduation candidate by submitting your graduation documents before January 15, 2026.
